USA Delivery


USPS Express shipping 1 to 2 days  Cost $23

Standard Delivery:  Delivered within 3-6 working days Shipped via USPS cost $6.55

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days depending on how busy we are.

Sometimes we use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery, or a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or collect the item from the depot.To avoid this, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.

Whilst we endeavor to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Veroex is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Veroex has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at check out what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link to the relevant courier site via email. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of it being shipped to monitor the progress.

If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact our customer services team via veroexshop@gmail.com. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point cannot be reimbursed.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Simply email us within 7 days after receiving the item for the return address at veroexshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns for refund will proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.

Returns for exchanges

 We do not cover your shipping cost back to us.

Late Returns
Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.

Sale Items

All items purchased  During Sales cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All new items cannot be exchanged with sales item.
